Business Development Manager (CPA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high level of negotiations with existing partners
  • Research market to identify and recruit new partners
  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase affiliate revenues
  • Analyze and report of campaign performance
  • Proactively monitor traffic sources on all campaigns
  • Identify new and innovative opportunities for growth


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Upper-intermediate English
  • 1+ years affiliate marketing experience
  • Experience in CPA marketing is a MUST
  • Good understanding of affiliate trends 
  • Deep understanding of media metrics, campaign tracking and optimization -  CPA
  • Experience in using tracking services is a plus (HasOffers, Afftrack, Cake, Offerslook)
  • Hands-on experience with tools and technologies for reporting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Well-developed negotiation skills
